Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico Biologico

Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella cultivated via organic viticultural methods in vineyards located in the valleys of Negrar and Fumane. The grapes are traditionally set aside to raisin on rush mats and then undergo fermentation in January.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR

Dense and compact garnet red.

NOSE

Great intensity and persistence, with ethereal, fruity aromas of sour cherries in alcohol and prunes, dried flowers and a whole range of sweet spices.

PALATE

Structure and very evident softness, offset by velvety tannins.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Char-grilled red meat, braised meats, feathered game and mature cheeses.
