This Valpolicella Ripasso is made with grapes grown in Valpolicella Classica. Its style emphasises the most typical and traditional profile of Valpolicella: it has an evenly-woven structure and the harmony between the aromatic sensations, the nose and the palate create a style that is unmistakably sober and elegant.

Red meat, both grilled and braised. Excellent with traditional Veronese dishes such as Pastissada de caval (horse meat stew), Lesso con Pearà (boiled meats with bread sauce) and ribbon noodles with black Baldo truffle.
